License - Titulín
The Navigation Licence (formerly known as Titulín) is the fastest and easiest way to get started in the nautical world. With it you will be able to carry boats up to 6 metres in length, and water bikes without limit of power, sailing up to 2 miles of the coast during the day.
You only need:
A 6-hour course (theory + practical).
Without examination.
Present your ID and a doctor’s certificate.
And if you already had the Titulín, oh, even better! You will only have to do 4 hours of practice to convalidarlo.

Benefits of the Navigation Licence (Titulín)
Up to 6 metres in length,
The degree allows you to govern boats with a maximum length of 6 meters.
Sailing day
is Only allowed if the navigation during the day, which makes it ideal for recreational outings and leisure.
Without power limit
is Not set power limit in the boat or on skis.
Up to 2 miles of the coast
The maximum distance allowed to sail from the coast is 2 nautical miles.
Water scooters
Enabled to govern all types of bikes nautical, regardless of their power or capacity.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years
- 2 hours of theory
- 4 hours of practical
- Bring medical certificate
- Bring copy of ID card
